Description

A double oil primed linen perfect for portraits and details. C13DP Claessens Belgian linen is a professional grade, fine weave portrait linen with two coats of oil priming. The smooth, slightly slick surface has little to no absorbency which allows for greater paint manipulation and translucent colors but a slight tooth to grab the paint as it is brushed across. An ideal surface to gradually build layers of paint. This linen is mounted to our 1/8" MDF panel. Our MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) is an extremely rigid, double refined hardboard with no added oils. The back of the board is sealed with our signature gray melamine for a finished look that prevents warping and deterioration.
