Ginwashi is 39 gsm with cut edges, machine-made of manila hemp and kozo with short silver and natural fibers set in a creamy, natural background with silvery fibers. This paper is commonly used in printmaking, painting, and digital printing. It is also suited for fly leaves, chine colle, lampshades, collage and other decorative uses.
