Why Luchetti

After 18 months of prototyping, our founder — drawing on a background in bookbinding, fine art printing, and product development — set out to build the sketchbook he couldn't find anywhere else. The name Luchetti honors his great-grandfather Michele Luchetti, from Fabriano, Italy: the birthplace of European fine art paper. Every detail in this book is a direct result of that obsession with craft.

Our Signature Series is our flagship sketchbook — crafted with our heaviest paper, premium materials, and engineered for uninterrupted creative flow.

Designed with True-Flat™ binding and zero gutter, this sketchbook opens completely flat to create a seamless, edge-to-edge workspace. Each book is made with 600gsm, 100% cotton cold-pressed paper, delivering consistent texture and predictable brush control across every spread. Built to handle heavy watercolor, gouache, acrylic, and mixed media without buckling.
