Decorative Paper, Kozo Fiber White/Ocean Blue - 25x37

Brightly colored strands of natural kozo fibers in hues of ocean blue and white are melded with a sheer mulberry base, creating a unique appeal. Both sides of this paper can be used to create different effects. One side is more textured with the strands appearing finer, while the other side is more smooth with larger “chunks” of color.
